• We are a 56-bed facility providing both skilled care and long-term care, with our census consistently running between 75%–80%. Nestled in the charming small town of Edgewood, Iowa, our community also includes a 27-apartment Assisted Living, operating at 80%–90% occupancy.

• We are locally owned by a dedicated group of individuals committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our elderly population. Edgewood is best known for its Rodeo Days—a vibrant tradition that reflects the spirit of our town. While we may be small, we are mighty, working together to achieve great things.
